About freedom

“Slaves to the luxury, to the appearance of luxury, to the appearance of the appearance of luxury. Slaves to a life they had not chosen, but which they had decided to live because someone had managed to convince them that it was all for the best. And so their identical days and nights passed, days and nights in which adventure was just a word in a book or an image on the television that was always on, and whenever a door opened, they would say:
‘I am not interested. I’m not in the mood.’
How could they possibly know if they were in the mood or not if they had never tried? But there was no point in asking the truth was they were aftaid of any change that would upset the world they had grown used to.” (Paulo Coelho, Zahir)

“Is it possible to deviate from the path of God has made? Yes, but it’s always a mistake. Is it possible to avoid pain? Yes, but you’ll never learn anything. Is it possible to know something without ever having experienced it? Yes, but it will never truly be part of you.” (Paulo Coelho, in Aleph)

If you live your life fully, you will die only once. But if you are scared of every step, fear will kill you day after day.

“It is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves.” – Sir Edmund Hillary

Live with intention. Take risks, live free or die!

Rule number one: if what you’re doing doesn’t work, stop doing it!

Walk to the edge. Remove limitations. Choose with no regret. Do what you love,  exceed expectations and learn how to make love with life! Live as if this is all there is.
